koffice-l10n-zhcn software package provides transitional dummy package for calligra-l10n-zhcn, you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install koffice-l10n-zhcn
koffice-l10n-zhcn is installed in your system.
